Remember that by styling our hair with those hairstyling tools, we are torturing our hair with heat so it’s important to give moisture back into our hair— meaning, we need to be using hair masks.
You should use hair masks once a week, to replenish your hair with moisture, and it’s easier because you can make your own hair masks at home. To help you get started here are the hair mask recipes you can make at home.
